Hey!

You are correct about one thing this is off-topic and should not be
asked here.

You should go to the Apache web site.

Setting of the Scopes on a webserver is not a trivial task.  But
here are some things to study-up:

1) Create a Scope.  (basically a location tag)
2) Since the default is to NOT allow access you must relax access
to this Scope.
