I think I had this problem too as I upgraded from Java 1.2 to Java 2 SDK, v
1.3.0.
The origin was my classpath, which had to be changed : java.lang wasn't
found anymore. The class.zip became rt.jar. So I had to indicate the path to
rt.jar (something like xxx\jre\lib\rt.jar).
