Did you check the archives? What sort of results did
your search turn up?
A search for "rtf" revealed several messages that
appear to address your question. If you did check th
archives, and are confused about a particular answer,
or think one of the answers is wrong or misleading,
then some more details might help.
You're writing "for the ages", your questions and
comments go into the archive and will hopefully help
other people when they have a similar problem.
