        Thanks for your response.I shall detail you on the problem.
  I am  drawing graphs using servlets on the browser using a third party
tool(chart.jar from objectplanet.com) and also oreillys GifEncoder class .The
graph works very fine
on IE but fails in Netscape.
 In netscape the subsequent graphs which should have got displayed on the
browser
fails because i get the exception connection reset by peer.
My contenttype is image/gif .Is there anything extra that needs to be set using
setHeader method of response object?
But everything works so well in IE.
