Hi $B!! (BKate, I have solved the problem now. It turns out inside JMC (Java Management Console) of JRun 3.0, the default server was turned off. When I turn it on, I can assess the JSP page. But still one thing puzzle me is I thought the default server is default to be turn on when the system start. So I have no idea why it was turned off. Even after I reinstall JRun 3, I still cannot access the sample JSP pages but I can get into JMC Java Management Console and access the sample servlet fine ). Also, inside JMC, whenever I click on an item on the left, it takes a LONG time for the page to come up on the right. Also, in JMC it says the Default server is stopped even though inside Control Panel -> Service it says the Default server is activated. ### Inside JMC ### JRun Default Server [ WAR deployment ] [ EJB deployment ] [ EAR deployment ] Server Name : default Server Root Directory : C:/Program Files/Allaire/JRun/servers/default Server Description : Server Status : stopped ### On the browser when trying to access JSP sample page ### 404 Not Found /demo/jsp/index.jsp: allaire.jrun.JRunServletException: The page /demo/jsp/index.jsp could not be found. at allaire.jrun.jsp.JSPParser.generateXML(JSPParser.java:57) at allaire.jrun.jsp.JSPServlet.parsePage(JSPServlet.java:403) at allaire.jrun.jsp.JSPServlet.createServlet(JSPServlet.java:375) at allaire.jrun.jsp.JSPServlet.loadPage(JSPServlet.java:201) at allaire.jrun.jsp.JSPServlet.service(JSPServlet.java:168) Anthony Mak ___________________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and include in the body of the message "signoff SERVLET-INTEREST".
