hi,
the response is something like this

What is a null cookie?
A: A null cookie-a very recent and responsible innovation partly in
response to concern-is a cookie which is otherwise empty, and which
signals to the web server that issued it that this user does not wish to
have any additional cookies written to his or her system. Note that this
is a per-server technique.
