I have to say I have some sympathy with this request ! Having been a
servlet developer and
publisher for over 2 years using Javawebserver I decided last week to take
up JSP,
particularly with Apache and Tomcat. After days of struggle (with the
documentation) I
*think* I've finally got it working, but even then I'm not 100% sure !
The Tomcat documents are obscure to say the least and are often
contradictory. If you
are working on NT the documents do not match up with sample files, in
particular the
names of libraries. It doesn't help that as far as I can see the
configuration seems
to change form release to release.
Eventually I manage to decode Apache and Tomcat documents that come with
the server
,read them carefully before you start. Also try looking at:

Which may be of some help.
