Precipitated by the announcement/press release that appeared on the
list a day or two ago, I had an email exchange with Pier Fumagalli,
the list moderator, and in response to that Pier has added a couple of
very useful links to the list archives page:

(This URL is also shown in the footer attached to the end of this and
every message on the list.)
One of the links is to contact the moderator, and the other is to a
page showing the list policy. I think these will be very helpful, as
it will make it easy for people to ask the moderator a question, to
check out the list policy, and to point people toward the list policy.
Thanks, Pier! Your efforts to keep the list as worthwhile as possible
are very much appreciated.
