hi,
sorry for not being clear.. here it is in details.
suppose the data comes "guru's" which has a single quote.
then replace guru's with guru''s which has now two single quotes.
when you execute the query then oracle will ignore one of the single
quotes.
This problem was also once mine. this is only specific to oracle
only.
about other database i do not know.
please let me know the details after the change.
