Yes, there is. Grab yourself some servlet documentation (like
the servlet trail in the java tutorial) and take a look at
"sessions" and "contexts". Depending on what your requirements
are, you might need either one, or both. If you'd like a more
detailed answer, then you need to give more information about
exactly what you're trying to do.
A good place to start is the "resources" link at the bottom
of every message to the list.
