Generally it's a good idea to check the list archives
before posting a question to the list. (The list archives
are a big database of all the messages ever sent to
servlet-interest). Repeating a question that somebody
else just asked is obviously non-optimal. In this case,
try doing an archive search (links from the bottom of
this page) using the keywords "word document".
