Hi,
of course you can do DHTML stuff in Netscape, you
my have a look at the DynAPI. This API is a collection
of javascript methods, which take care of specific browser
types. You can get the complete API and a tutorial from
http://sourceforge.net/projects/dynapi
If you have only simple stuff you could also
do a browser check with javascript and handle
the browser vendors and version differently.
But please keep in mind that developing cross-browser,
cross-plattform DHTML is *very* challenging.
Greetings
Andre
