The tag that you can use is <input type=file name=xyz>. This will only give you a browse button on your html page. You also have to change your encoding to the following : <FORM METHOD=POST enctype="multipart/form-data" ACTION="filename"> and the file which handles this has to use and inputstream to read the bytes and then process it.
