I installed on Windows 2000 Pro "Java 2 Platform Standard Edition 1.3.0_02" and "Java
2 Platform Enterprise Edition 1.2.1".
When I try to compile a little servlet using javax.servlet.* and javax.servlet.http.*
with JAVAC, I get errors.
I cannot find SERVLET.JAR on my hard drive. I think that's my problem. Why ? It's not
coming with J2EE or with J2SE ?
Do I need to install Tomcat or something else. Why ?
Also, I'm using Microsoft IIS as a Web server. Is it compatible with J2SE and J2EE. Do
I need to install something else ?
