That is what I started to suspect! I think you just confirmed my suspicions.
Someone else did send my the JSDK 2.1 in a Zip file.
<< The JSDK is no longer available for download from the Sun Web Site.
Instead, you should download the Java 2 Enterprise Edition, which
incorporates servlets technology.
Try and aim for : j2sdkee-1_2_1-win.exe
