I am, however, concerned with your approach.   Evangelizing Java
technologies requires an understanding of those same technologies - a
technology shouldn't be used just because it's cool - it should meet
the customer's needs, requirements, and comfort levels.  When the
consultants are gone the customer/client is still stuck with the
maintenance tasks.

If all the staff developers know MS and you want Java who pays to re-
train everyone?  BTW - I wouldn't use JRun.
