i've got some probelm when trying to get an
ActiveX control from my servlet,it would be nice if u guys can help me out.....
basically,I have developed a Servlet which generates an HTML..This HTML code includes
an Object tag to include an ActiveX control.Since this control requires
licensing , the license manager is embedded in the web page before this activeX
control as below:
<object classid="CLSID:--------------">
<PARAM NAME="LPK path" VALUE="file_name.lpk">
</object>
The file "file_name.lpk" is available on the server,
Still, the activeX control is not displayed at all.
However when a JSP is developed instead of the servlet,it is displayed correctly.Can u
please explain
how to get the control displayed using the servlet.
