This is obviously a DB2 JDBC driver-specific error and should be
documented by IBM somewhere. I'd suggest going to IBM's website
and try to find a reference to the driver and the error code, and
its related documentation. Also, try the JDBC interest group.
You might even find it buried in the WebSphere documentation....
