there are some objects which have been provided to you in JSP's
like the out object to write to the page...
the request object, the response object etc

similarly config is an object that you can directly use... you dont need to
create it
 It is an instance of the ServletConfig class.

is it possible to create the config object in jsp
I checked the api(though not very thoroughly) but couldn't find any method
to get an instance of
