The enterprise server has to do introspection to discover the
requirements of the bean. That's how things like ejbCreate and ejbLoad
work. The DD tells the server what is required of the environment, but
the server still needs to use introspection to check that the DD is
correct.
This is only a single startup cost. But it is still there.
