You have to change your driver and for M$ SQL you will find only
commercial products, no freebie.

I am using JTurbo Enterprise (www.jturbo.com), and it is an excellent
product. I am also activating it through PoolMan. Poolman makes
connection pool management a breeze, taking care of dead connections and
providing driver configuration through property files.
