Do the following.

1. Create a property file where you have the path stored.
2. The String can be generated or read from the file.

Then sava the file taking the path from the property file.
May be this code will light some bulbs.
  File AHCDir;
  try {Fi
  AHCDir = new File(ReportLocation + AHC.substring(0, 8) + File.separator);
      AHCDir.mkdir();
} catch (Exception e) {

}
