Which protocol you want to support for SMS,

For,

1) SMTP protocol : You can use JavaMail and send the mail to the Phone Mail Id
directly which will be forwarded to the SMS device.

2) SMPP protocol : You can use www.noctor.com's SMS JDK.  But you need a SMS
service center to support this Protocol.
