You're going to search a long time. There was no spec for 2.0. Back
then things were far less formal.
If you want to know how things worked in 2.0, you could read the first
edition of my book "Java Servlet Programming"
(http://www.servlets.com/jservlet/). It covered 2.0 and was reviewed
for accuracy by the Sun lead. It may be as close to a 2.0 spec as you
can get.
