Thanks for this complete list.
Can you confirm me that, in the following line :

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" />

content must be content="Type/Subtype" -  ?
And how to kwow which charset to use ?

What are the RFCs , and where could I find an documentation/explanation of the
use of content type ?
