Yes, for those devices that actually support images. I was using a
conversion tool I found on a website in Denmark that I got from Wei Meng
Lee's article, "Build WAP Applications..." in "Wireless," vol. 1, issue 1,
pp. 37ff: www.gingco.de/wap.

Not without first converting it to WBMP. See, generally, John L. Cook's
