Hi Max,
Any local resource, static or dynamic (file, servlet, JSP) can be included,
but path has to be relative to document root directory.

A servlet is not an HTML/JSP-Page
It is an object in Your RAM providing access through a servlet engine
with it's doGet/doPost-Method.
AFAIK (which is very few) a Servlet can not simply be "included".
