Server First Step

Dear Sir,   we are an academic institution and planning developmenent our WEB server. Current we have a NT with IIS4. We want installing servelets in this or oyher server.   can any one please help me and send me a guide of steps? Who can obtain the software.   Thanks   Agustin Figueroa Resercher
