AFAIK for mobile appliactions, sessions are not supported
i had encountered the same problem when i was working on a WAP application
with servlets and JSP. so i think MIE too, behaving in the same way. But
there are always other ways and workarounds to keep the track of hte
sessions ( like URL rewriting, etc.)
