hai kand,
      iam also getting memmroy out of exception .Iam using Tomcat 3.2. Please specify 
where to make changes .I have checked for -mx,-ss,-oss in wrapper.properties i 
couldn't find them please help me
I even check for TOMCAT_OPTS i couldn't find it.
