I'm not exactly sure what this line:
2001-09-06 09:09:19 - Ctx( ): 400 R( /) null
means but I'll bet that your problem is with this line:

Your path has spaces in it. This is causing Tomcat to have problems
resolving it. I would suggest moving your web app to a path that does not
have spaces in any of the directory names.
