Dear sirs; i am new to Java and to the servlet technology. Since i must realize the sooner a chat, i would like to know the following things: 1. Is Tomcat is a good platform to develop my chat server? 2. My server is a SuSE 7.2 PE Linux. Has anyone of you ever configured Tomcat (i am ashamed to confess i didn't found any documentation-howto about Tomcat configuration)... if so, could you send me privately the Tomcat config file? 3. Any suggestion about a servlet platform...
