Hi friends,
I am trying to access a servlet in the
protected area of my apache server thru a servlet. but everytime the pop window
comes asking for a username and password. The problem is i am setting the
username and password in the httpheader of the calling servlet which is outside
the protected area. I think the Http header is not being set properly for
authentication (I am encoding it properly).
could anyone please tell me how to set it, a
code snippet would be appreciated.
