pls send mod_webApp.so for win32 if anybody has

Hi everybody   i am configuring TC4.0 with Apache 1.3.19 on win32. I was getting some problems to make mod_webApp.so . Because i am not familier with VC++ . So if any one has mod_webApp.so, please do send me this file for win32.   Looking for help   Sharad
