Check out Core Servlets & JavaServer Pages by Marty Hall. It's a best
seller. I loved it :)

After you're done with that, try Advanced JavaServer Pages by David Geary.
Also a great book.

Those two will give you some good JSP/Servlet Dev knowledge. If you really
want to know about J2EE development, get the whole series (J2EE Series of
books). The others are:

Core J2EE Patterns and Enterprise Java Performance.
