I meet a problem... I install tomcat 4.0.1 version ....I have only startup once ,then at second times,the console will show java.net.BindException:Address in use : JVM_Bind Why ? What's up to me system ? My environment is win 2000 professional and jdk is 1.3.1_01 ...tomcat is 4.0.1 Please help me ..... Thank u ^O^
