Hi, I am facing a problem in recording the browser activity using JMeter 1.7beta on Win2K. All GET requests (also the basic authentication) go through JMeter and JMeter forwards them correctly to the server. But when I do a POST, JMeter & the browser wait indefinitely. If I press STOP on the browser, JMeter also stops after throwing a java.net.SocketException (Connection reset by peer). Did anyone succeed in using this feature of JMeter? Am I missing some configuration?
Also, pls suggest if you know of any better alternatives to JMeter (preferably the ones which can be downloaded for evaluation). It's too slow even on a machine with 512 MB of RAM. Thanks in advance, Suresh
