 Tomcat 4 does not use your classpath. Instead, you
need to put your jars/classes into special directories
where Tomcat can find them. You may need to rename
your zip's to jar's. There's good documentation at the
Tomcat home page:

 It's not just you, everybody finds this very
confusing.
