Creating an "Urgent Message" Connector

I want to have a mechanism to handle "Urgent Requests"   For example, have a Connector on Port 8080 for "normal requests" and a Connector on port 8081 for "Urgent Requests."   Is there some mechanism to give higher priority to port 8081 Connector?   Thanks,   Frank
