We have a product that I feel would be of interest to most developers working with servlet development/deployment. If you have a need or desire to dynamically generate PDF and/or Flash content using a simple API and a template-based solution, I encourage you to have a look at ReportMill. The layout tool is shipped via Java Web Start and there's a fully functional version available on our website (http://www.reportmill.com/webstart) for evaluation. For deployment, we package everything up as a single JAR, so integration with your servlets is very simple.
