You can get the Servlet Debugger (called ServletExec Debugger) at www.newatlanta.com.  
ServletExec is a Servlet engine for webservers that don't have Servlet support built 
in, but you don't need ServletExec to use the debugger.  It is free.  Again, I highly 
recommend it for anyone using one of the following IDEs:

- JBuilder
- Forte
- VisualCafe
- VisualAge
- CodeWarrier

I am not affiliated with NewAtlanta, but I do love their free debugger!!
