I don't think there is a standard api, but there are a lot of upload
servlets you can use. For details you can check the RFCs on the format.

Subject: File Upload thru servlet

Hi All,

Is there any api from Sun on file upload or do we need to use Jason
Hunter's MultiPartRequest (com.oreilly package) ?

Any suggestion is welcome.
Thanks and Regards,
Sudarson
