No, actually I do most of my dev on Windows 2000 Professional. I bought a toshiba laptop a few weeks ago and it shipped with XP.
When I tried to take control of the look and feel I just....ummm...well.....I now know what its like to be raped in the bung-hole by an operating system that was shouting "Who's your daddy?!!!" from Windows Media Player (figuratively of course;) Flexibility vs. Control XP is clearly aimed for the non-tech types or as someone once told me "for the just-above-1st-grade types" Have a nice weekend!
