reg-WAS 4.0 Deployment

hi  all
i have a problem.please help me.its urgent for me
i am creating ear of my application using Appplication Assembly Tool
and deploying it in WAS 4.0 and opened the page in browser , the application
onload has to retrieve data from db2 storedproceedures. i am connecting to
the servlet from applet which is called from a function in javascript.
but it is giving this error in java console .
my context root is /ScheduledPaymentSearch
why is it so.? is anything missing...or where can be the problem.
please help me
