Hope u know how to create package.. its always first non-comment line of ur java prg.
naming convention..
names should be lowercase other than class name.
<companyame>.<projectname>.<modulename>.<prg..perposses(optional)>.meaningfulClassName.java
eg: zensutra.tce.wms.VisualParser.java
zensutra-company name
tce-projectname - ThinClientEngine
wms- module name - WorkflowManagementSystem
VisualParser -- file name

using.
Take a look for the package convention at Java Language Specification
