Balaji, you're right, your summary says it all. This forum is an open source/forum for 
the exchange of knowledge between experts and non-experts. Postings that do not meet a 
person's expectations/needs can simply be ignored(and/or subsequently deleted from 
one's emails). The last thing that anybody could do at all in a forum like this is to 
be abusive or rude just because somebody(expert or newbie) posted a 'silly', 
'sub-standard', 'off-topic','too-advanced' etc. question(s). In other words 'if you 
can't help, help by not helping at all'. I suppose we can all excercise some level of 
tolerance.
I agree with you, Balaji, 100 percent and I suppose we're not alone!
