I am new to this mail-list, but it seems to me that if everyone tried to

My translation:
You should be able to run tmct on the same machine as IIS, by default it
installs so that it is setup on port 8080. If you want to change it then you
can edit the server.xml file and find the definition of the standard non-SSL
Connector and set it there.
