Thank you for the reply. here are the answers:

1-App server: Oracle 9iAs

2-This application developed by Oracle JDeveloper 9i (IDE). Database connection
is suppose to handel by itself( They defined Application Module including all
view objects that uses by application). Base on document Oracle 9iAs creates
a pool for connections and programmer does't need to handel that.

3- colud i use RequestDispatcher in jsp page?

Also i don't use <jsp:include page="xxx"/> in this page which i got error. By
in some other pages i may used iFrame tage to locate a child jsp page in the
middel of main jsp page.

Thanks once again.
