You really need to keep an HTML reference at hand while you work. Stumbling
in the dark is no way to create technology. Web sites aren't art, after
all, even if they're occasionally artful. There is a right and a wrong, and
it's incumbent upon you as a user of this technology to know what you're
working with and use it correctly.

To be direct, the target= attribute _does_ work in <form> tags as well as
in <a> tags.
