How can i submit my form to pl/sql procedure ?

Dear All,  I've two questions regarding java and pl/sql : 1- How can i submit my form to pl/sql procedure ? 2- How can i refere a pl/sql procedure in the 'href' attribute of a html anchor ( in which pl/sql code paints the target html page ) ? Regards,  M. Amin
